Options with large outward opening, tilt and turn or top swing. Internally beaded as standard with all compliance to building regulations. Slim sash and slim framing options for larger glass surface area.
With curtain wall integration, opening windows and doors can be integrated within the curtain wall façade. Acoustic glass combination results in higher dB reduction for traffic areas.
U values ranging from 1.6 (W/m²K) to as low as 1.0 (W/m²K). With advanced enhancements to the systems and a 44mm triple or quad glazed unit, it can achieve lowest u value rating.
Building regulations compliancy with safety glass installation as well as restrictors for limiting openings to 100mm. Reinforcing bars for added stability and reduction in deflection for wind loading.
