Climate One is the advanced security and performance system for commercial and residential markets. Designed to integrate components for exceptional features such as tilt and turn, top swing and opening outwards.
PAS 24 designed with optimum weather test results, application for the system is endless. Designed to Secure By Design specifications. Option of shootbolt or spag locking. Flat faced feature on the outside, with either bevel or square option on the inside. With the extra of having this profile dual coloured. Highly insulated to achieve u values as low as 1.0 W/m²K, which can accommodate triple glazed units up to 44mm without compromising the integrity of the design. Large 34mm thermal break, produced with polyamide 6.6 with 25% glass fibre content to give it strength while maintaining resistance to heat flow, obtaining energy ratings a high as A+. Aluminium extruded to EN-AW-6063 AlMgSi, AA 6063/A, SS-EN-AW-6063/A to T6. Powder coated to BS EN12206:2004 in various RAL colours. Painted to QUALICOAT License 1003. |
