Profile Details: Door Open In

The door internallly beaded system, is built with security and thermal insulation as it's design core. Contructed with light weight aluminium, it provides a clean and visually pleasing finish to any building interior and exterior.

The system is easy to manufacture, without the need of climping, and efforless to fit on site. Added security with internally beaded glass and thermal insulation with its 26mm thermal bridge. Doors are PAS 23 and PAS 24 tested.

Materials used:

Aluminium: produced at EN-AW-6063 AlMgSi, AA 6063/A, SS-EN-AW-6063/A to T6. Light weight profiling and locking its physical strength.

Themalbreak: a huge 34mm thermal break, produced with polyamide 6.6 with 25% glass fibre content to give it strength while maintaining resistance to heat flow.

Sealing: EPDM flipper gasket to give optimum seal around sash opening.

Finishes:

Powder coating: coated to BS EN12206:2004 in various RAL colours. Painted to QUALICOAT License 1003.

Anodized finish: hard protecting on top of aluminium eliminating aluminium oxide. Giving it the natural aluminium finish. Silver as standard.

Manufacturing:

Joining: profiles are mitre cut at 45 degrees and then fixed together with corner joints with bolts.

Hinges: secured into position with backing plate, adjustable through length of frame. 4 colours available.

Sealing: rubber gaskets are fitted at glazing points and openings so the door is water tight.
